On 02/03/2016, I ate a chicken bowl at Chipotle on grant/swan in Tucson Az. I woke up the next morning with a pounding headache that felt like a migraine, nausea and vomiting as well as diarrhea. I had to leave work early and slept for roughly16 hours. I have been trying to stay hydrated, but am still nauseous and have diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Migraine
