Chicken Bowl Causes Illness - Chipotle, Springfield Missouri

Got a chicken bowl for lunch at about 1 pm, ate only half and stuck it in the fridge. Ate the rest at 8 pm, and felt strange going to bed around 10 pm. Woke up at 3 am vomitting with diarrhea and extreme stomach pain and nausea. It's now 4:30 am and I am still throwing up anything I ingest, including water. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
