Had the chicken bowl at lunch (11:30) and by 4:00pm I had a severe case of diarrhea, vomiting, chills and slight fever. Going on 5 hours now and the symptoms haven't let up. Trying to keep hydrated with smart water and pedialyte. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
