About 4 hours after eating at Chipotle, I became very ill. Had nausea and severe diarrhea for about 48 hours. Still not feeling 100% 3 days later. I went to eat there with 3 other family members, one of which so far has gotten the same symptoms. We were trying to figure out why only 2 of the 4 of us got sick. The 2 of us who got sick both had lettuce and the other 2 did not. That was the only difference we could come up with. I do not remember ever being this sick. I am fairly young and healthy. I will never eat Chipotle again : ( | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
