Food Safety Report: Chipotle.

Ate Chipotle chicken bowl loaded with everything. Feel sick next morning and started vomitting and nausea and light fever. Lost lot of water in diarrhea which lasted 2 and half days. More to this but will write later :( | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
