Chipotle Meal: Severe Symptoms - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Fairfield California

On Monday evening around 6:00 pm I went to chipotle. I was very hungry because I had nothing to eat but some crackers all day. I immediately felt uneasy after eating. I was able to use the restroom but I still did not feel better. I woke up around 630 am with horrible cramping. I became nauseous and went to use the restroom. I had severe diarrhea and also vomiting. I felt very weak and throughout the day I started to ache all over my body. I threw up about 6 times today. I am not able to keep the water down. Ginger Ale helped and I am able to keep that down with taking few sips. I work at a nursing home so, I stayed home from work, afraid that I may have a virus. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Body Ache
