My family and I had lunch on 12/19 at the Howell Chipotle location. My wife by the evening had severe abdominal cramps which led to diarrhea, vomiting and fever. I ate the same chicken burrito and also had diarrhea and bad bloating. My daughter had the same symptoms but my son and his friend ate a steak burrito and they are fine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Bloating, Cramps
