About 24 hours after eating there, I was in the hospital. I was in the hospital for about 5 days and it wasn’t until about the 3rd day that the doctor found out that it was salmonella. It was pretty awful; diarrhea and sever fever mostly, but also some vomiting and nausea. If I hadn’t gone to the hospital, I most likely would have died because of the dehydration. I couldn’t keep anything down and the IV basically kept me alive. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Dehydration

My daughter ate at chipotle on Sawmill Parkway in Powell Ohio on Saturday July 28. Ever since she has been vomiting diarrhea and nausea. She had the chicken rice bowl with sour cream cheese corn and tomatoes
