I ate at the Chipotle in Fargo around 4 PM. There were only three workers on shift, and I noticed the food didn’t seem fresh off the grill like it usually is at the 45th Street location. Still, I trusted it. That meal was the only thing I ate all day—I’d been sitting in the waiting room at Essentia Health’s surgery floor, supporting my father. The next day, I started feeling off but brushed it aside. Now, I’m dealing with full-blown food poisoning.
