After my workout at the gym I stopped by Chipotle to grab lunch before heading to my university. About three hours after I ate my lunch my stomach started to ache. At first I thought it wasnt anything. Then it got worse an hour later. Soon I found myself in the bathroom with violent diarrhea. I was stuck in the bathroom for a good 40 minutes. After I was done I went back to class. But ten minutes later I felt like I needed to vomit so I ran straight to the bathroom again. I spent another 15-20 minutes in the bathroom just vomiting. After I got everything out of my system I feel much better now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
