I was a few deep in line about 3 people in front of me at the Chipotle in Peabody. When it got to my turn the Chipotle employee change the chicken as it was empty. Delicious burrito 🌯 but deadly! I ate this burrito around 6:30pm on a Monday night. I woke up at 3:30am on Tuesday with stomach pain and craps. I knew something didn't feel right. I ran to the toilet and all hell broke loose to say it kindly. It felt like water pouring out my backend. I finished up with that and 5 minutes later the burrito all came up.in the form of throw up. This continued like labor pains throwing up and shitty myself every 10 minutes for 16 hours straight. Do you want to talk about the dehydration! Dizzy and chills, nausea and burning of the stomach. Classic case of food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Dizziness
