Burrito Illness: New Employee - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Peabody Massachusetts

I have ordered here plenty of times and never had an issue. I ordered a burrito yesterday and there was a new employee working at the mobile order station. When I ate the burrito, it didn't necessarily taste "bad" - just different. I noticed the flavor was slightly off, but I just assumed maybe the sauce was prepared unbalanced or with the wrong proportions. I ate most of it but started losing my appetite towards the end of it. A few hours later, I had left work early, gone home and started having diarrhea and projectile vomit. I didn't eat anything else that day other than Chipotle. I know something was wrong with the burrito and now I'm suffering the consequences. I still feel sick and have symptoms almost 24 hours later.
