On 3 /1/2 016 I had bought a chicken burrito around 9:22 pm ate it around 11 PM by 6:30 am I woke up feeling like I wanted to throw up thought I just had an upset stomach until I started driving to work and my stomach pains started increasing by the time I pulled up to work and got out the car I started towing up uncontrollably by the time I got into work I was unable to stop throwing up to are my manager had to send me home do to my co-workers calling her and telling her I looked pale and I started getting weaker.after getting sent home I starting to walk to my car I feel like I was going to pass out by the time I got to my car I wasn't able to move so I ended up passing out for 2 hours after waking up thought I felt a little better but after moving I ended up throwing up again uncontrollably breaking into a deep sweat and attempted to drive to the emergency room and once arrived at the emergency room before parking I started having diarrhea all over myself at that point I have no choice but to drive home after getting home I was too weak to go anywhere so my mom had to come and take care of me I was so incapacitated I was unable to move to go anywhere so I just tried to stay hydrated by sipping sprite after making it past the first day the second day I woke up with my body and complete things too I had to go to the doctors and that's when I was diagnosed with gastroenteritis and was given medication to try to help with all of the pain that day I broke out into fever and it has just been horrible since stomach inflammation is still trying to adjust back to normal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas, Weakness, Stomach Pain, Sweating
