Yesterday 2/4 , burrito  Myself. Picked up a burrito around 8pm from here. Around midnight, I started feeling sick and panicky. Was vomiting all night - couldn’t keep a sip of water down. Sweating then chills, fever, delirium, body aches, stomach pain. Ended up having to go to urgent care next morning for fluids. Had low BP, a fever, and a very high resting heart rate of 110. Covid test negative. As of today, many of the symptoms have subsided but still have stomach pain and no appetite. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Sweating, Loss of Appetite, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
