1 person had — diarrhea and vomiting
“Fig Garden. We had the chicken bowl that night our family had stomach pains and my husband tonight has several time vomited to the point of fainting. This started July 9 2020 ”
“I ordered the beef/carnitas burrito bowl (no rice, no beans) with lettuce, my sister in law ordered chicken burrito bowl (no rice, no beans) with lettuce as well. We both had pretty much the same thing just different protein, who knows what ingredient made us sick.
Next day, we felt... sick around the same time...started with a headache and felt really weak, once we started feeling sick everything just progressed so quickly (vomitted, diarrhea, chills, mild fever). We both had no idea how we got sick, and the rest of the family was fine. Obviously, because only both of us had chipotle, nobody else did.
I reported this to the head office, I got a call back from Jeremy (from the US), sadly he didn't give a damn about it, he made it sound like I was making a big fuss and because "nobody else reported that they got sick", for $22, it's really not worth my time (or ANYONE) to make a false claim for a free meal.
I had to ask him to refund me, he wasn't even apologetic.
just because you get a lot of customers all the time does not mean you should have such bad attitude especially towards those who got sick from eating your food.
I used to LOVEEEE them, never again! ”
“I ordered online 7/3/20 and picked up the keto bowl. I picked up just before 7:30, I believe, and drove home and ate around 8pm. Probably about 7:50. Around 2:00 a.m. I woke up with bad abdominal pains. Couldn’t sleep. Felt like diarrhea but I didn’t have to go to... the bathroom. In and out of sleep. Sleeping in the fetal position. Finally got out of bed around 10 and went down to make coffee. Super dizzy and broke out in a sweat. Couldn’t drink the coffee. Almost passed out. Leaning on the kitchen counter from dizziness. Got water went back to bed. Felt nauseas and still dizzy. Slept for an hour and tried to go to the bathroom a couple times. Some loose stools. Started to feel a little better. Cramps lingered but weren’t as bad for the next day. Started getting worse again and feeling like an alien is in my stomach! Now on day 6. No headache and not much nausea, but bad cramping still and some loose stools, etc., and tiredness. Wonder if anyone else has experienced this from this restaurant around this time? ”
“I ordered a chicken salad with lettuce, chicken, fajita vegetables, mild and hot salsa, and cheese, and more shredded lettuce. A few hours after eating it, I had diarrhea twice in the night and then in the middle of the night and again in the morning. I then felt sleepy... the next day and had to take a nap around 3p. Worried that I have the coronavirus. ”
“About an hour after eating I had massive stomach pains. Not sure exactly from what but it hurts to move around too much now and I feel like I'm going to throw up any second. ”
“Ate here (chicken salad; romaine mix, chicken, fajita veggies, green & red salsa, Pico, sour cream on the side). About 4 hours later I experienced severe stomach pain, cramps, nausea, (sorry!) major diarrhea. This has been persisting into the next day. Trying pedialyte & rice cakes, still vomiting & diarrhea. ”
“Chicken tacos & Chicken burrito About an 2 hours or so after eating my husband asked if my tacos tasted right. His were not sitting right he felt nauseous. He woke up this morning, went to work, still feeling like the dinner wasn’t sitting right. Threw up all the chicken... and 4 more times after that while on the way home. ”
“I ordered it today and a few minutes later I had to use the bathroom because my stomach was hurting a little and then I had diarrhea. I did a number 2 earlier today and I was totally fine. But maybe it made me get sick or something. Keep in... mind I was fine earlier I don’t recommend eating here or else you might get sick as well. ”
“They were selling a large pizza for 5$, which seemed convincing. What was strange about it was that when i called to order i said can i get a large pizza, they replied saying my pizza would be ready in 5 minutes. However, they did not ask me what kind... of pizza i wanted. Which was really strange. I showed up and i ended up getting a cheese pizza. I ate a few slicers, about 20 minutes later i felt completely horrible. I then vomited all over the floor. Today is the next day and i have a really bad stomach ache, i haven’t ate since the pizza. I’m 100% sure it was the pizza, considering i have a stomach ache in the morning and haven’t ate anything besides the pizza. Once again, it’s odd that they were selling a LARGE pizza for 5$ and didn’t even ask what kind of pizza i wanted when i ordered. ”
“Ordered a few “nacho cheese” tacos last night. Around 8 pm. Was my 30th birthday.
I eat my tacos and within 10 minutes my stomach just hurt. So bad. Like it would’ve felt good to throw up.
Got home and shat while in pain. Wishing to throw up for relief....
Here I am, 6 am... after trying to sleep it away... still in pain. I will be in bed all day. I’m really sad about this. ”
“On 6/18/20, I had an order of Sake Don that my husband picked up. 3/4 of the way through my meal, I became violently I'll. I continued throwing up for anther 2 hours. Since that time, I've been suffering from neck pain and a bad headache. Last nigh, I threw... up matzoh ball soup. Just this morning, my tongue has begun to hurt. I only seem to be able to keep down water, ginger ale, and saline crackers. ”
“Ate breakfast morning of 6/24. My niece and I were violently ill afterwards. I am 74 years old and it effected me horribly. The common item we ate was eggs. This is NOT okay especially right now with COVID. ”
