I ate lunch at Chipotle on 3/2/18 at 12:30 pm. Around 2:30 pm my stomach started to feel a little upset but by 11:45 pm I was having severe stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, intense chills and fever. Around 6:00 am my husband insisted that I go to the hospital because my symptoms were so severe. The doctor did blood work, urine sample, reviewed my symptoms and suspected food poisoning. I was severely dehydrated and needed IV fluids, medicine to stop the nausea and another medicine to stop the stomach cramps as you could actually feel my stomach contracting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Dehydration, Chills
