Leftover Burrito Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Hingham Massachusetts

On Sunday, 1/22/18 around noon, my daughter had a chicken burrito from chipotle. She ate half of the burrito and we took the rest of it to go. Around midnight that night, she was violently throwing up, continuing on until late Monday afternoon. She threw up so much that she had a rash all over her face, which was broken blood vessels from vomiting according to her MD. Tuesday evening, my son was hungry and noticed the burrito in the fridge. He ate the rest of the burrito around 7pm Tuesday night. Wednesday around 1pm the school nurse called to tell me my son was not feeling well. He had a headache and no appetite. At 4pm he had a fever of a 101. At 930pm he began to throw up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Skin Rash, Headache, Fever, Loss of Appetite
