I went to Chipotle on 4/17/2024 and ordered the chicken Al pastor. About an hour and a half later, I was driving home and had the urge to poop. It was so bad that I couldn’t make the 15 minute drive home and literally went in my pants. I got home and continued to have diarrhea. I now have nausea and stomach pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
