I was on my lunch break and my bf brought me chipotle I had a few bites and I noticed the chicken was very fatty so I stared pulling it out, soon after I stopped eating my chicken bc I felt nauseous. I returned to work and an hour later I had stomach pains but I was trying to hold it out around 3 o clock I threw up at work and was sent home. I soon later got diarrhea and a fever for two days while also throwing up. I wasn’t able to keep fluids down at first but I was too weak to go to the er so I didn’t eat or really drink the first day I had symptoms. The second I was still having body aches and a headache while still feeling nauseous but I was able to drink a little bit of fluids and eat light | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
