I got it the night before I had issues. I remember getting barbacoa and literally every piece was a fatty piece I could barely eat. The next day I had some discomfort. By the end of the day I was in the emergency room for appendicitis. The next day my appendix burst and I was rushed for surgery. Still recovering. The only thing I had eaten that could have caused it was the chipotle I had the night before. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
