On Sunday my child had chipotle for lunch. Said the chicken tasted a little off but was hungry, so finished her burrito. About 6 hours later she was non stop vomiting/diarrhea and extremely ill. I had to eventually take her to urgent care. They took bloodwork and said it was definitely showing up as food poisoning. Had to give her medication to stop the vomiting and stomach pains. It has been horrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
