I purchased a chicken burrito on 5/20/16 @ 11:32am. Later that evening I stated feeling extremely tired and nauseous. I woke up at 3am to get ready for work and felt as if I had a fever, I had the chills and a bubbly feeing in my stomach. A few minutes later I started vomiting for about 15mins and that was followed by a case of diarrhea. All throughout the day I felt horrible. Today is day three and I still have diarrhea, I still feel under the weather and my stomach is still bubbly. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
