Chipotle Mexican Grill - Jeffersonville, Old US Route 35 Northwest, Jeffersonville, OH, United States My boyfriend and I went to Chipotle on Sunday 3/3/16 and I woke up last night (3/5/16) at 2am and was committing and had diarrhea until 4am, my body just aches and I had a fever. I texted him around noon to tell him and he said he got sick last night too, exact same symptoms. We ate the exact same thing, chicken burritos. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
