We ate out at Chipotle on Saturday, my 1st time eating there. I've been sick since Saturday evening. Super upset stomach, nausea, fever and chills, everything I eat makes me sick and gives me stomach pain. I'm hoping it's gone in a couple days or I'm headed to Urgent Care. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Chills, Stomach Pain
