At Chipotle 12/19/17 around 10pm. Went to sleep and woke up around 2am... I had diarrhea that lasted for almost 2 hours, then right after I was vomiting for about an hour. Went to sleep and had cold sweats. Woke up around 10am with a major headache. Took some Tylenol and drank pedialyte all day. I can’t really eat anything because I’m still feeling nauseous. I will probably go to the emergency room if the problem persists. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Sweating
