I had a barbacoa burrito for lunch around 11:30. I didn't feel great all day but I just flew back from Denver the previous evening so I thought it was the change in altitude. At 3am I woke up with stomach cramps and some serious vomiting. The vomiting lasted until about 5:30 which is when the diarrhea started, which continued for several more hours. I would also like to include that I only had a noosa pineapple yogurt for dinner, I am confident the illness came from chipotle but I want to include everything I ate yesterday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
