Had a salad delivered to me by door dash on Thursday 11/21/19. Woke up in the middle of the night with stomach cramps. I vomited next day at 6am in the morning. I could not get out of bed, sitting made me feel more pain and stomach cramps, had the chills headache fatigue and spiked a fever of 102. I went to American urgent care where I was diagnosed with a stomach infection. At night I had diarrhea. Was given antibiotics and meds for the vomiting and nausea. 3 days no appetite but am able to keep liquids down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Cramps, Fatigue, Stomach Pain, Headache, Chills, Loss of Appetite
