Came home with chipotle for dinner at around 9 last night. Felt like I had an upset stomach, then ran to the bathroom to vomit at 12. I then had a bowel movement : diarrhea and threw up afterwards at 1 am. Then woke up again to vomit at 2 am. Woke up at 3 am with diarrhea, then threw up again at 4. I basically was vomiting or having a bowel movement every hour and it was terrible. Its 9 am and I'm still vomiting and I feel horrible. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
