Had chipotle delivered for lunch yesterday i experienced a little stomach ache pain about 2hrs later. The pain progressed to diarrhea and sweats chills. Wasn’t sure what this was I got home and ate the extra chicken in the cup.

Let’s just say had a horrible night, and still cramping and diarrhea and sever aching and chills and sweats.

I’ve had no other food and currently in a clear fluid diet.

This feels horrible | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Night Sweats
