I ate lunch Tuesday afternoon at the Chipotles in Prescott AZ. This is the second time in a year that I have gotten sick from eating there. I woke in the night with intestinal upset and was awakened every couple of hours, for the next several days it proceeded to get worse and worse, missed work, couldn't leave the toilet, weak, feverish 4 days later, unable to eat anything. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Other, Weakness
