Severe Illness Post-Meal - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Arlington Virginia

I ordered it on Friday evening, Saturday morning at 1:30am I started having diarrhea & nausea. This has been one of the most painful and worst “episodes” of my life. I had to go to Urgent Care because of how serious it was. Today is my fourth day of diarrhea. Thankfully I am no longer puking. I also developed a fever & chills from how sick it made me. I would just like to warn others not to go there, so they do not have to go through what I am going through. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
