Visited Chipotle on Sawmill Road in Powell, OH at approximately 9:15 PM on Saturday, July 28. Noticed minor abdominal discomfort before bed at approximately 10:00 PM on Sunday, July 29. Awoke at 4:30 AM on Monday, July 30 with more severe abdominal discomfort and diarrhea, which continued through the morning and early afternoon on Monday. Developed chills followed by feverish feeling late morning on Monday, 7/30. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Chills
