just poop it out.
eat bananas, crackers peanut butter. fiber
when you eat, be very picky. these young kids dont wash things thoroughly etc. use their dirty hands, check dates on food. i make my own unless im at a super clean high class place. go to publix by downtown and eat there. eat alot so you are stuffed all day.
