I was there friday with a friend at lunch time and starting sunday I started with chills, fever, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I am actually at the hospital and the ER doctor is the one that informed us of the news after I told him what I have eaten recently. As a surprise I call my friend to asked her if she had been sick and she has the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
