1971 U.S. 287 Frontage Road, Mansfield, 76063 Texas, United States
1/24/24 consumed Queso Blanco from Chipotle. Granted, it was not until 01/30/24 until I became deathly ill. Was unable to retain any food or drink in my system for 3 straight days, sick a total of six (6) days. Imodium was used to stop profuse throwing up and diarrhea which went on constant for 3 days.I did research online about Listeria and found this statement “Although people can sometimes develop listeriosis up to 2 months after eating contaminated food, symptoms usually start within several days” | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Sorry to hear you went through that. Unfortunately you eat so many other things in that time frame it could be anything from then til your symptom onset. Many other food borne illness have a shorter incubation. Nonetheless sorry you went thru that
