my sister and i ate chipotle (both had meals with chicken. by the next day and day after that our symptoms began. Nausea, vomiting, extreme stomach pains, diarrhea, lightheaded, fever/chills, headache, not on day 3 of symptoms nothing different except for eating chipotle and no other symptoms in anyone else in either household (only the 2 of us had chipotle). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain
