On March 16th I had a tofu burrito from the Chipotle in Alhambra. Beginning at 2:00am March 17, 2017 I began feel nauseous an began vomiting on-and-off until March 18, 2017 around 6:00am. On March 17, 2017 at 7:47am I informed my employer I would not be coming in for work on this day due to food poisoning resulting in constant vomiting and consistent nausea. I was not able to keep down water until 6:00am March 18, 2017. My final vomit that took pace was lime green in color and vile. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
