the food Just me, I ate alone. I started feeling sick about an hour or so after I ate. I had some indigestion and heartburn and a bloated belly. I woke up in the middle of the night with pretty severe intestinal cramping. The next morning, I was on the toilet several times to evaluate my colon. I also felt nauseated during this time. I have felt very week and lethargic and ill all day long since. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Weakness, Bloating, Other, Indigestion, Heartburn
