August 18-19 Chipotle I had a headache and nausea all night on the 18th of August 2023. A few hours after eating at Chipotle off N. Oracle and Wetmore I had severe diarrhea like I couldn’t make it to the bathroom bad. I used the bathroom all through the night til 6-7am the next day where I then started puking non stop in the shower for about 20 mins until. I started started to notice red and realized I was puking blood from throwing up so much when I then tried to stop myself from throwing up to stop the bleeding. Never eating Chipotle again. I ordered a burrito with steak and carnitas | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Vomiting
