Food Safety Report: Chipotle.

I got VIOLENTLY ill after consuming a steak burrito from chipotle. I ate theburrito one evening and then spent the entire restless night in the bathroom. This wasn't the typical chipotle diarrhea and tummy aches. This was hospitalization bad. Looking back i should have called an ambulance. I had a horrible case of food poisoning. I was up until 8 am with a 100-101 fever, vomiting and diarrhea. I was shaking naked on the bathroom floor unable to controls vomit and bowels. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
