Suspected Salmonella from Burrito - Chipotle,

I had a chicken burrito with green salsa. Friend had tofu burrito. I became ill 48 hours later. Very sudden onset of fever and chills. Still sick after 2 days. Not sure if it was Chipotle but just in case...based on symptoms, seems like I have Salmonella poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
