Salad Illness: Sweats, Vomiting - Chop't, Mount Kisco New York

Salad was from Sunday 8/19. Can't be sure if Chopt is to blame, but it's the only thing I ate recently that my SO did not also eat. Have a second salad that was going to be lunch the next day (today), but will be throwing away out of precaution.
