Ate at 5:30pm on 4 August 2019. Had gong bao chicken with rice, sambal four heavenly kings, brinjal hotplate, and chocolate ice blended with aiyu jelly. From 10pm to midnight of the same day, had diarrhoea 3 times with heavy nausea, dry retching, and chills. Still ongoing. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills
