I ate food from your business Churches Chicken on or around 5/23/2018 on the 24th I start having pains ,cramping , bleeding, and vomiting ,dirreah uncontrollable pain I eventually had to call the ambulance early morning on the 05/25/2018 I was diagnose with campiy lobacteriosis from Christan N east Hospital contacted the Heath department ,they sent me a letter and call me asking me what had i ate and where /location I got the poison from I made them aware it was the Churches. Chicken on natural bridge in normady | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
