Beef and Yorkshire pudding consumed 730pm at 730pm consumed, was the last thing eaten. Was not sick beforehand. No alcohol consumed. 3am woke up with extreme vomiting. Vomiting contd every 30 mins for several hours followed by diarrhea, more vomiting and contd nausea/dry heaving. Finally able to keep down liquids at about 10am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
