Third Time Pizza Illness - Cicis pizza,

My 3rd time eating there, and my 3rd time getting sick. My 4 year old begged to eat there, so we did. The food tasted okay, nothing overly special and nothing seemed "off". I tried a variety of pizza (3 diff types), plus salad bar. Cut to the next morning--violent cramping, watery diarrhea that woke me up out of a deep sleep at 4 am. The running to the bathroom lasted 2 hours. I now have chills and body aches, plus a 100* fever. My stomach is still churning, and I feel like I want to throw up, but there's nothing left in my stomach to up chuck. My husband has been in and out of the bathroom all morning and has a stomach ache, but he doesn't have a fever or chills. He, too, had pizza and salad bar. My son stuck to only 1 flavor of pizza, no salad, and does not feel ill at all. I chalked the first 2 instances of sickness to random stomach viruses going around, but now I believe it was food poisoning all 3 times, with this last time being the worst.
