I ate the last of the box of cinnamon Chex before bed. I woke up 4 hours later with stomach pain and ended up vomiting and having diarrhea. I experienced cold sweats as well. I was sick for almost an hour and had no issues the following day. My husband ate cinnamon Chex last night and had the same exact symptoms.
