Ate some pizza with my mum and some garlic dough bites. Around 2 hours later my mum had stomach cramps and diarrhoea. Not long after that i had stomach cramp, diarrhoea and have been up vomiting all night. I've had no sleep as I've either been crying in pain, had my head over a bucket or I've been on the toilet.... I'm severely chronically ill and i may need to go to hospital because of this! This was my favourite pizza chain but unfortunately won't be able to order again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
