Saturday 5/11/24 - had a chicken and waffle sandwich at Cletus' Chicken Shack. The same night I was in bed with the chills and eventually diarrhea and vomiting all throughout the night. I didn't feel better until 5pm the next day but was still experiencing symptoms intermittently. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

My son had the exact same symptoms and the chicken waffle sandwich was the only thing he ate different than the rest of us
