Carbonara Meal Causes Illness - Co-op, Bath England

Purchased the carbonara ready meal & had it for dinner 7/08. I followed the cooking instructions, heating the ready meal for half an hour in the oven. On 8/08 I was feeling extremely ill, sick, fever. On the evening of 8/08 I threw up everything in me, I was violently sick. The reason I am quite sure it was the carbonara is because everything else that I ate on the days surrounding the sickness was nothing out of the ordinary, all things I eat regularly. The carbonara was a new buy. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
